I’ve been trying to cook and eat a little healthier, so you will see many of my recipes have a note that say (white WW or WWP okay) in them. This just means that I have made them with either white whole wheat flour or whole wheat pastry flour. Both of these are not as hearty as regular whole wheat but still have plenty of nutrition, so I’ve been swapping them in several recipes for all purpose flour with great success.
